Role Description
This is a Customer Development Specialist, full-time, on-site position, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Proficiency in XR (VR/AR/MR) technology is essential, enabling to effectively showcase and demonstrate 3D Organon’s innovative applications. Conducting on-site visits to institutions is imperative for the purpose of delivering live demonstrations, presenting the 3D Organon applications and cultivating robust customer relationships. The specialist will be responsible for conducting business planning, analyzing data and customer feedback, communicating with customers, providing sales support, and delivering excellent customer service to new and existing 3D Organon customers.
Qualifications
More than 3 years of experience in sales preferably in the ICT and healthcare fields.
· Experience in XR (VR/AR/MR), non-VR technologies, and their implementation in medical education.
· Experience in managing and supporting distributors and resellers.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to discuss the customers’ needs.
· Perspective, independent, and decisive attitude.
· Accountability in decision-making.
· High level of professionalism and representation in every work-related endeavors.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good memory, and attention to detail.
· Ability to work unsupervised.
· Effective cooperation with the inter-departments.
· Basic knowledge of human anatomy is an advantage.
· Knowledge of multiple languages, including Spanish, and Portuguese is an advantage.
Μain Tasks and Responsibilities
· Promotion and sales of educational software platforms for teaching and learning human anatomy in XR ecosystem aimed for enterprise customers.
· Build rapport and creating a base for further negotiations by offering trials and providing general information regarding 3D Organon’s solutions.
· Manage the CRM with analytical descriptions of each customer's needs, overseeing the internal license server, and maintaining the customer database.
· Respond to and resolve customers’ requests and technical issues promptly via excellent customer service.
· Organize online demo sessions for promotional and training purposes.
· Institutional visits to demonstrate and analyse the educational benefits of XR in teaching and learning human anatomy within an XR environment.
· Assist with the simulation/virtual lab setup including hardware recommendations.
· Contributing to the implementation of XR technologies in medical education programs, recommending optimal use case scenarios.
· Assess customers’ needs and resources, preparing a customized offer to meet their requirements.
· Quote and negotiate prices and payment terms.
· Arrange online delivery of purchased licenses along with the instructions for installation.
· Follow up with existing and potential customers.
· Acquire and update information about products and services, sharing all the updates with distributors, resellers and final customers.
· Analyze direct and indirect competition and communicate feedback to the management and the software development team.
· Create new sales opportunities by analyzing the target market and proactively contacting prospective enterprise customers with an offer.
· Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports to the Chief Customer Officer and the Customer development team.
· Actively participate in national and international medical events and conferences.
