We are looking to add a Creative Technologist to our team. You will work closely with external agency partners and our internal teams to understand our clients' needs and develop technology-driven solutions that exceed their expectations matching strategic insights to ideation. As a Creative Technologist at Subvrsive, you’ll create experiences that transform business for the best brands in the world. You’ll be involved in concept development through to its digital implementation.

Role & Responsibilities:Recommend how to use the right technology to solve clients problems.Innovate, define strategy, and create experiences across the entire spectrum of immersive technology.Discover new opportunities by applying emerging technologies. Transform existing systems and reinvent them to be more relevant for tomorrow, today.Hands-on role which requires coding skills and a broad knowledge of cutting edge technologies.Collaborate effectively with a variety of team members across multiple disciplines including creative (visual design, user experience), engineering, marketing, production, and client services.Research, conceptualize, design, prototype, test, and scale tech-based creative solutions in close collaboration with others across the organization.Develop substantial relationships with customers to drive retention and results.

What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Advertising, Digital Media, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.A STRONG passion for new and emerging technologies.Skills as both a creative thinker and a technical developer: excellent problem-solving, strong communication, and creative thinking.Ability to think outside the box and come up with new and innovative ways to use technology.Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Javascript, Angular, React, Objective-C/Swift, or Unity/Unreal.Comfortable tinkering with brand new technologies and creating rapid prototypes for a variety of projects.Expertise in development within some of these focus areas: spatial computing, 3D web, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), social filters (Tiktok or Snapchat), generative AI, mobile, and/or interactive media.Someone who embodies our core values: intrinsically innovative, solutions oriented, quality obsessed, openly collaborative, and straight talking.

Nice to have, but not required:Previous experience with product design and/or working at an agency is a plus.Experience working as a creative with working knowledge of traditional creative tools (Adobe, Figma, Miro etc.)

If hired, you can:Work in a hybrid environment (mostly remote with 1-2 days weekly onsite) at our offices in Austin, TX

Work flexible hours, as long as you're available for meetings within the standard work day (9-5 CST)
