Americas BDV/Sales /Manager/Executive

Rokid has many fortune 500 customers in more than 70 countries and offices in California, US and China. We are expanding global footprint to setup regional offices and scaling up.
Initially this is a Business Development & Hunting role with plenty of sales leads and full of demands. Later this role will hire and lead regional sales team.

This role can be based anywhere in US and will be a key position in our global enterprise business, reporting to VP global sales.
Must have: Business development, sales, cold call, selling into distribution/reseller/end enterprise customers; track records of closing deals and self starter, hungry for more.
Strongly preferred to have AR glass or AR/VR/XR wearable Business Development / Sales / Distribution / Partner / Channel development experience and existing relationship
Industrial/commercial field technology and remote field technology end markets experience a big plus.
IT hardware/application distributors’ knowledge and relationship a plus.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for AR(augmented reality) Glass new accounts(Key accounts, Distributors, Reseller, OEM) identification, qualification, and acquisition and meet and exceed annual Sales Plan.
Obtain a good understanding of industrial business or AR Glass and other wearables, and related augmented reality business
Interact with internal and outside organization personnels and customers
Lead sales calls by capturing critical call notes, preparing sales materials, develop new client proposals, and maintain client contact database, work with CRM database, manage Sales funnels and reports
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Attend customer meetings and proactively seeking new business growth accordingly
Participate in opportunity reviews with management
Obtain orders, revenues with results
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; MBA strongly preferred
You have at least 2-10 years experience working in tech industry (Title will be in line with experience and relationship in the eco-system)
Sales and/or BDV roles/experience
Detail-oriented and have an owner’s mentality
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Have strong listening and presentation skills
Energetic, proactive, hard-working, and resourceful
Positive and competitive attitude, strong work ethic, strong people skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Willing to learn internal tools and services
