Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Virtual Reality Game Developer. The Virtual Reality Game Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role, which include the development of virtual and augmented reality software, software development, troubleshooting technical issues related to virtual and augmented reality software, and creating immersive gaming experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) development
• Experience in Computer Science and Software Development
• Ability to create immersive virtual reality gaming experiences
• Experience with Unity3D, Unreal Engine, Maya and other relevant applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python, experience with 3D modeling and animation, and a general passion for gaming and emerging technologies.
