We are partnered with a local, woman-owned architectural and design firm who is actively growing their Accounting team. This organization is known for curating inspirational spaces that support brand, experience and engagement for their clients. With over 200 brands in their portfolio, their experts aim to find the best solutions for their client’s office, home and mixed spaces.

This team is actively hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at their Denver Office. The ideal candidate will be able to provide accounting support to all functional areas of the dealership, and outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with Colorado sales and use tax laws
• Demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to use personal computer and 10key calculator

Responsibilities

• Generate and consolidate customer invoices
• Make collections calls for past due accounts and liaison resolutions with customer departments
• Process customer checks for deposit and apply cash receipts
• Prepare weekly reports for upper management
• File and retrieve documents for historical reference
• Implement changes and make suggestions for process improvement
