About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide support to our Project Team in developing and maintaining spreadsheets, project and production schedules.
The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, prioritizing high level goals, managing projects, schedules and able to wear multiple hats and manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The selected candidate will have strong project management and people management skills and exhibit exceptional initiative, customer service, organizational and time management skills, while multi-tasking and working individually and as part of a team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serves as a Project Coordinator to the Project Manager, developing and managing daily and long-term production-related schedules, roadmaps and corporate-wide priorities
- Attend internal and external meetings, record, write and distribute minutes and manage priorities
- Create, analyze, and implement individual project and overall strategic plans, charts, schedules, and briefs
- Provide support to the Project Team, as needed, to ensure successful execution of projects
- Effectively communicate project milestones, status, and risks at all levels of the organization and to customers
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, dependencies and risks and suggest mitigation plans to resolve them
- Facilitate communication between team members to promote common goals and team collaboration
- Act as a liaison between the Programs Director and employees, customers, and other external stakeholders
What You Need To Succeed
- 1-3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role or a related field
- Knowledge of Project Management best practices and a familiarity with Project Management tools and/or software
- Advanced Microsoft Office expertise, with a strong emphasis on Excel
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
- Analytical problem solver and strong quantitative thinker who learns quickly
- Ability to juggle and prioritize competing demands on your time.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required)

Working Conditions
- In-office 100% of the time
- The person in this position must be able to stay stationary for long periods of time
