Summary:

As a Project Coordinator in the Media Content Operations team for client’s Entertainment, you will be working with a diverse group of VR and Client’s content strategists, producers and engineers that work across a multitude of teams inside the Client and the Reality Labs Organization to deliver high-quality Media experiences focused on advancing Media content production and consumption. You thrive in highly dynamic environments and apply multiple project management methodologies & best practices, leveraging your experience understanding the surrounding environment to effectively drive daily operations. You will partner closely with the Entertainment Ops Program Manager to execute contracts and drive daily activities with procurement teams, ensuring managed partners are set up to start their engagement with the Client, keeping our strategic content initiatives on track. You are detail-oriented in all you do and excel at running scalable processes that contribute to improving how teams operate. This role will work cross functionally with Business Development, Product Marketing Managers, Engineers, Data Science, Data Engineering, Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations.


Job Responsibilities:

- Executes supplier onboarding, procurement activities and Buy@ case management as required, keeping internal team members and managed external partners unblocked to engage with Clients.

- Executes contract routing process and purchase requests for the Client Entertainment Content team, helping complete execution under expected SLAs.

- Drives data integrity efforts of partner and project metadata in Salesforce, including funding, milestones, QA readiness, & Quest Store launch readiness.

- Supports MVE Program Manager on change management communications, helping teams adhere to operational workflows to maintain data integrity in systems and process timelines.

- Maintain content pipeline health by providing weekly status updates for cross functional partners to keep momentum on supplier onboarding and contract flows.

- Contributes to the Clientverse Entertainment Content team knowledge base, working with MVE Program Manager to craft and maintain robust documentation for workflows and processes.

- Operates with analytical mindset, identifying opportunities and risks, recommending actions to improve process efficiency in close collaboration with MVE Program Manager.


Skills:

- 4+ years experience in project management in digital media/entertainment content production or related field

- Track record of operating in fast paced environments with effective prioritization practices, executing on multiple initiatives in parallel without loss of fidelity of work

- Experience with procurement activities, issuing of purchase orders and invoice management

- Experience working with cross functional teams, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive business information


Preferred Qualifications:

- Interest in technology with knowledge of the AR/VR/MR industry

- Familiarity with Salesforce and JIRA platforms

- Experience with new consumer product launches inside the entertainment industry

- Experience with VR Media content production and publishing

- Experience working with third-party content creators and publishers to produce and release content

- Experience driving initiatives that support team training/onboarding and knowledge sharing activities


Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

1 Experience in project management in digital media/entertainment content production or related field

2 Experience analyzing contracts to extract information for data entry into systems

3 Experience with procurement activities, issuing of purchase orders and invoice management


Good to have skills:

1 Experience working with third-party content creators and publishers to produce and release content; VR Media content production and publishing
