As a Home Improvement Sales Associate at LIME Painting of South Nashville, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for promoting our painting services, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their homes. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for home improvement, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their home improvement needs and promote LIME Painting services.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess client requirements, provide expert advice, and recommend suitable painting solutions.
• Prepare accurate and detailed project quotations and proposals based on client discussions and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position LIME Painting as a leader in home improvement services.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the project management and operations team to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous sales experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of home improvement concepts, painting techniques, and related services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM tools.
