As an AR/AP Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for owning the bill pay process for our clients. You'll primarily work with clients in the franchise restaurant industry. You will work independently and as part of a team to complete accounting engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Pays invoices by verifying client transaction information through firm bill pay system
  • Maintains client financial and data security by following internal accounting controls
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Generates invoices and follows up with clients for approval
  • Researches and resolves invoice issues; communicates findings
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Accounting Partner

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Abilityto manage sensitive and tight deadlines with high degree of accuracy
  • Followdirections from manager and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Abilityto keep sensitive information confidential
