Ledgent is hiring for an experienced candidate to join our clients team in Fairfield County for an on-site opportunity! They are looking for an AR Accountant who is team-oriented & can assist with the daily operations of the accounting team. This is a direct-hire opportunity paying between $60,000-70,000/annually.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices
• Review bank activity & record customer payments daily
• AR account reconciliations
• Monitor delinquent accounts & perform collections inquiries as needed
• Assist with month-end close

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance highly preferred
• 2-4 years of experience
• Understanding of inventory, sales orders & purchase orders
• NetSuite & Excel proficiency
