At a Glance

We are building a team of engaging, motivated, and tech-savvy individuals to represent our client, Meta, at various upcoming events in the Washinton, DC area. As a Meta Demo Specialist, you will deliver world-class hands-on demos of the Quest 3 and Ray-Ban Meta products. Your mission is to bring these products to life through flawless execution of demos and product knowledge expertise. A Talent Acquisition Partner will be in contact with qualified applicants to discuss upcoming events and next steps.    You must have weekday availability, as events typically take place Monday-Friday with varying hours depending on the event type.

What You'll Do

  • Hands -on demonstrations of the Quest 3 and Ray-Ban Meta products in an event setting
  • Actively e ngag e with event attendees
  • Be an expert on our client ’ s products
  • Submit event recap reporting capturing insights & audience feedback
  • Other tasks as assigned by  management


What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of in-person product demonstration experience
  • 1+ year customer-facing experience in experiential or retail sales environments required


Skills and Attributes:

  • Exemplary interpersonal communication ; soft skills, written, verbal, and on - camera
  • Ability to build and foster business relationships independently at multiple levels
  • Ability to show patience and tact and remain calm under pressure
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn and succeed
  • Ability to practice good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision making
  • Must have some weekday (M-F) availability (varying hours depending on event type)

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.   • Regularly talk, sit, stand,  walk and bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
