Supernatural has seen great early success since its launch in 2020 as the world’s-first subscription based fitness service in virtual reality. The next stage of growth for Supernatural involves scaling to the masses and proving the value of immersive fitness for consumers. At this point in the business’ growth, we are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive adoption and scale for Supernatural. Someone who is passionate about building brands and is experienced in developing and executing insights-driven go-to-market strategies that win hearts and minds. We look to bring deliberate, strategic storytelling throughout the funnel. This requires an ability to identify strategic opportunities and rally cross-functional teams in the development and execution of 360 integrated marketing plans using the right mix of brand and product experience to drive business results.To be successful, the candidate will bring sharp strategic thinking, cultural insights, deep product and brand marketing knowledge, with inspiring and direct communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to the role for Supernatural. Experience having scaled an earlier stage app or consumer product is a must. It will be critical that this person is able to drive consensus around shared vision to not only drive adoption through compelling storytelling and bringing offerings to market, but also to influence the cross functional roadmaps for the Supernatural app as a whole.
Integrated Marketing Manager, Supernatural Responsibilities:
- Lead the shaping of new tiers, feature offerings and content modalities, and develop go-to-market strategies to drive demand and subscription growth in partnership with Product, Content and Design.
- Identify and prioritize monetization opportunities for the Quest fitness use case in partnership with growth to prioritize feature development and unlock new audiences for Supernatural.
- Develop integrated marketing strategy utilizing consumer insights, performance data, investment strategy, and studio roadmaps with the right mix of brand and product knowledge to deliver effective marketing plans that drive subscription growth and engagement with Supernatural.
- Develop and present clear and compelling internal strategies to align key stakeholders and leadership with Supernatural’s 2024 business, brand and marketing strategy.
- Deliver global, best-in-class cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
- Bring order to chaos to craft inspiring briefs that motivate and align cross-functional teams towards common north star business and brand goals.
- Create positioning for full-funnel campaigns, content marketing initiatives, product feature launches, and new offerings.
- Craft value propositions and messaging frameworks that are all fueled from audience insights to capture new customers and sustain existing relationships.
- Manage agency partners from briefing, through strategic and creative development.
- Partner with research & insights teams to design learning agendas and measurement for integrated communications plans to track growth in key brand metrics.
- Develop and manage relationships with key Meta partners, deeply understanding business goals, strategies, insights and opportunities, and identifying opportunities for integrated plans and work.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in managing and executing large scale consumer campaigns and long -term brand building through a diverse media mix that delivers measurable brand and business results.
- Strategic development and leadership across functions to identify priority opportunities and influence plans and roadmaps.
- Understanding of consumers, with demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans.
- Demonstrated experience briefing and managing media and creative agencies.
- Experience in leading and communication, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships with product partners and other cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact.
- Experience with scaling a subscription business globally, inclusive of developing and launching new subscription offerings, features and content in consumer tech.
- Experience driving brand, customer acquisition and revenue growth through the implementation of digital and traditional media strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in subscription metrics across the funnel - both brand and performance - with an understanding of how to optimize for growth.
- Experience successfully partnering with product teams on building product roadmaps to prioritize and launch new break-through feature sets.
- International launch experience and knowledge about diverse cultural, social and business landscapes is crucial.
- Experience working for a developing or emerging brand with multiple products or extensions.
