We're on the lookout for an outstanding Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic digital marketing team and contribute to the growth of the Snapdragon brand. As Snapdragon continues its rapid expansion in the consumer market, we're dedicated to nurturing our core audience—enthusiasts of Snapdragon-powered devices—and extending their excitement from smartphones to new horizons in Compute, XR (VR, AR, and MR), Wearables, Hearables, and Automotive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple concurrent projects
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Assist in the execution of campaigns – management of multiple agency resources, securing internal legal reviews and approvals, ordering shipping and fulfilment of merchandise, booking travel etc.
• Prepare accurate status reports.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner
• Monitor budgets closely
• Work creatively to unblock issues as they arise
• Work with regional counterparts and agency partners in multiple countries
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing, community, and project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks on short deadlines
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital communications
• A strong understanding of the digital production process and a foundational understanding of core digital marketing technologies
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Basecamp, Microsoft Project, Workfront, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Familiarity with web and social media publishing tools including Adobe AEM and Sprout
• Strong organizational abilities and skilled in prioritization and multi-stakeholder communication
• Can communicate easily with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Tech industry experience a big plus
• Willingness to learn and interest in problem-solving

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  
  
  
  

OR

Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Pay Range

$39.84 - $59.76

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
