Overview

As the ­­­­­­­People Development Specialist, you will partner with our Senior Manager, People Development, in creating powerful solutions for our global organization, executing against a multi-year, multi-pronged learning and development roadmap. You will assist with the design and delivery of programs and tools to maximize the engagement and potential of our people.

Your Focus

  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of learning programs
  • Help design career-pathing and skills development matrices for key technical functions
  • Build deployment/implementation plans intended to meet launch dates, which incorporate adequate time for building, testing, validating, and measuring learning programs/projects
  • Partner with HR colleagues and managers to identify meaningful learning experiences to accelerate high potential development
  • Serve as a go-to resource for individual and group training recommendations/solutions
  • Deliver tools/training programs to support employees and managers in driving personal development
  • Manage external learning partner relationships/offerings with the goal of enhanced user experience and greater utilization
  • Leverage instruments and strategies to support accurate talent assessments and feedback delivery
  • Establish and maintain strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure recommended solutions are aligned with strategic business priorities and drive expected results; continuously monitor progress
  • Engage in special projects as appropriate

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Instructional Design, Education, or Business Administration or a related field and at least five years of experience or a Master’s Degree and at least three years of related experience in learning and development or HR is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
  • Experience applying adult learning strategies for in-person and virtual learning; applies creative strategies for engaging virtual and live audiences
  • Experience and comfort delivering training and has positively contributed to program design
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently, monitoring progress and measuring effectiveness
  • Self-motivated to take the initiative to find solutions
  • Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to excellence/Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills; can tell the story behind the data
  • Passionate about working alongside HR business partners and managers to deliver impactful learning solutions that make a difference for our people
  • Ability to travel occasionally to site locations

The expected salary range for this position is $63,000 - $79,000 + bonus + benefits. When determining your pay, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
