Job Title: AR/VR Video Game Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented AR/VR Video Game Developer with a strong focus on the Unreal Engine or Unity platform and proficiency in C#. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing immersive AR and VR experiences, with a keen interest in applying AI or machine learning techniques in video games. Additional skills in 3D modeling and editing, particularly using Blender, will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Game Development: Develop and implement AR and VR video games using the Unity platform or Unreal Engine. Write robust, maintainable code for game functionality.
- AR/VR Integration: Implement AR and VR technologies to create immersive and interactive game experiences. Stay updated with the latest trends in AR/VR technology.
- AI/Machine Learning Implementation: Utilize AI or machine learning techniques to enhance game features, such as NPC behavior, game environment dynamics, or player interactions.
- 3D Modeling and Editing: Work with 3D models, optimizing and editing them in Blender or similar software for integration into the gaming environment.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to create cohesive and engaging game experiences.
- Testing and Debugging: Test, identify, and fix bugs and performance issues to ensure a smooth and responsive gaming experience.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document code and development processes. Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
- Innovation and Research: Explore and propose innovative ideas to enhance gameplay and user experience, keeping in line with the project's creative vision.
Required Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in video game development, with a focus on AR/VR.
- Strong proficiency in Unity and C#, or Unreal Engine
- Experience with AI or machine learning in games is a strong plus.
- Skills in 3D modeling and editing, particularly with Blender or similar software
