Job Description

Vaco is working with a growing organization to hire an AR Manager in Raleigh, NC. As the AR Manager you will oversee the all AR functions including billing, collections, and credit. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of AR experience with at least 3 years in management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounts receivable functions including but not limited to billing, collections, credit, and liens
• Manage a team of 5+ individuals
• Identify team inefficiencies and implement changes as needed
• Identify and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain aging reports
• Research and address escalated customer billing and credit issues
  

• 5+ years of accounts receivable experience with at least 3 years in management
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with credit-related regulations
