The Reality Labs digital marketing team is seeking an experienced program manager to lead our digital channel marketing operations (Meta, CRM, Influencer). This individual will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing team and cross-organizational processes, workflows and operational best practice to ensure digital marketing and adjacent functions (Sales, Analytics, Tech) are operating efficiently and effectively. You’ll be a driving force in advancing our team’s capabilities and operational rigor in planning, experimentation, execution, evaluation and optimization by ensuring adequate scoping, effective communication paths, lean process, and efficient operating rhythm.

Marketing Channel Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead net-new operational systems, lean processes and programs to uplevel capabilities and drive efficiency in digital marketing and merchandising. Continuously improve existing systems and processes.
  • Develop and lead measurement and reporting frameworks to track impact of capability and operational improvements
  • Develop and manage governance workflows that support efficient cross-organization communication, alignment and clear paths for execution and escalation across marketing, sales, analytics, and engineering teams
  • Lead systemic and ad hoc communication around status, risks and mitigations
  • Create and evolve planning and execution playbooks to drive alignment with internal and external partners
  • Support annual and semiannual planning and execution roadmaps in partnership with adjacent teams. Lead ongoing roadmap grooming on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Support and facilitate scoping, contracting, onboarding and resource management with external partners and vendors

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience leading marketing project and program management, marketing operations, or digital production
  • Leadership experience in a digital marketing or eCommerce organization, or within digital service design and delivery agencies/consultancies
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing technology and infrastructure, demonstrated experience leading marketing technology projects and programs in partnership with marketing, design/content, analytics and data engineering teams
  • Demonstrated strategic, critical thinking and organizational skills to distill complex problems into clear solutions, identify dependencies and drive delivery
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering scaled global web, lifecycle and ecommerce projects requiring multiple functional teams
  • Experience building operational best practices, lean processes, actionable artifacts, and tools in a growing organization
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills to inform, influence, negotiate, mediate and guide work through a large, cross-functional organization
  • Proven experience and flexibility to lead from the front, side or back dependent on needs of the team or stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing through change, complexity and ambiguity toward clarity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer hardware, software or consumer electronics verticals
