About The Role

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for web applications, websites, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, Back-End developers, and Product Managers, to deliver high-quality and responsive user experiences. You should have a deep understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and be proficient in modern front-end frameworks and libraries. As a senior member of the team, you will also be expected to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and contribute to the continuous improvement of front-end development practices and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Back-end Developers, and Product Managers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces
• Develop responsive and performant Front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern Front-end frameworks and libraries
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web applications for performance and speed
• Collaborate with Back-end developers to integrate Front-end components with server-side APIs
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Junior Developers, reviewing their code and providing constructive feedback
• Participate in code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of front-end development practices and processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development, and apply them to improve the quality and efficiency of web applications
• Collaborate with QA team to ensure the quality of front-end code and the functionality of web applications
• Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders to understand business requirement and provide technical expertise in the planning and execution of web development projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end related issues and provide technical support to resolve production incidents
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications or websites
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, such as, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• In-depth knowledge of PWA, React or React-Native and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with server-side technologies and integrating front-end components with server-side APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug front-end related issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn tools and frameworks quickly
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality interfaces
• Eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

• Knowledge of UX/UI design practices
• Experience with Git and Gitlab
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and other Atlassian products
• Familiarity with CI/CD techniques
• Ability to create Data Models on the Front-End
