About the role

Work alongside Product Managers, Researchers, Marketers, Designers, and Engineers to create the user experience that makes AR pervasive and universal. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the XREAL User Groups strategy with a focus on growth globally that will result in double the growth of the program. 
  • Oversee the day-to-day of the XREAL User Group Program: supporting new and existing user group chapters, supporting chapter leaders, and driving post-event engagement. 
  • Work closely with our most active and enthusiastic community members, the content Superheroes, to create community-led initiatives and provide support and resources. 
  • Build and exemplify the XREAL brand voice and tone in all community interactions. 
  • Execute community strategies to actively engage a consumer base across Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok but primarily Discord. 
  • Collaborate with teams across XREAL to create community content, engagement opportunities, product updates and feature requests. 
  • Drive growth in community/user group membership and activity by identifying trends, opportunities, and gaps through measurement, monitoring, and comprehensive reporting on community metrics and KPIs. 
  • Translate various consumer needs into ideas for product features. Involve in product development to improve/enhance the user experience.  
  • Track data and analytics acquired from community engagement. Act as subject matter expert on core community programs, features, and metrics 
  • Monitor industry trends and hot topics to ensure socials are relevant and progressive.


Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in user management across platforms like Discord, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of user growth, activity, and engagement enhancement.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in large-scale internal and external marketing initiatives within the B2C sector, with a proven track record of significant user base growth.
  • Profound knowledge of VR/AR, consumer electronics, gaming, technology, and fashion.
  • Expertise in consumer behavior and user experience, including experience in building user classification and growth systems.
  • Exceptional ability to drive user engagement, retention, and acquisition. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with both technical product resources and customers. 
  • Proficiency in understanding and utilizing community metrics and KPIs, with a history of generating insightful reports and recommendations for achieving community goals.
  • Exceptional at developing community guidelines and best practices.
  • Strong data analysis and processing skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify underlying trends.
  • A "get-it-done" attitude with the confidence to initiate and lead new projects, even in the face of ambiguity.
