My client is seeking a CTO to enhance wellness services, focusing on their XR application products. Join their team to lead the technology team to new heights and continue making an impact in the XR space.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the XR technology roadmap specific to mental health applications.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team in the creation and refinement of XR experiences for mental health and wellness.
• Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure technology solutions align with therapeutic needs.
• Oversee the entire XR technology stack, from software development to hardware integration.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge XR technologies to advance mental health applications.
• Champion a culture of innovation, creativity, and inclusivity within the technology team.
• Engage with stakeholders, partners, and clients to understand their needs and develop tailored XR solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role focusing on XR technology, ideally within the mental health or healthcare sector.
• Deep knowledge of XR technologies, including VR/AR hardware, software, and development tools.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading XR projects from concept to deployment.
• Strong understanding of mental health therapy practices and how XR technology can complement and enhance them.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, XR Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
