The company is exploring the potential of virtual and augmented reality to bring people together in new ways. We are designing technologies that help people create, share meaningful moments, and build communities using the unique qualities of these immersive new mediums. We aim to develop experiences that put people first, defining a future where virtual reality enables us to connect with the people and content, we care about like never before.


We’re seeking a Producer/Strategic Operations Manager to produce next-gen experiences, and programs and create operations systems across our first-party and second-party content incorporating new technologies. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as experience using new technologies, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has worked with both interactive game/media developers and product/engineering teams. This is a highly cross-functional role where driving clarity across groups will be important.

Responsibilities -

  • Produce VR/MR content experiences across internal product teams and external developers. Oversee scheduling, budgets and tasks. These will range from consumer-facing experiences to early prototypes.
  • In collaboration with the manager, provide creative and technical feedback to developer and product teams throughout the creation of experiences.
  • Oversee a small set of programs with content teams that utilize new technology.
  • Maximize the efficiency of programs, creating operational processes conducive towards efficient organizational systems while still moving quickly.
  • Supporting the manager in writing strategy, vision, and program documents.
  • Drive deadlines and deliverables for each component of the project ensuring timelines are met.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • When applicable, work with User Research to understand audience needs as they relate to new technologies and content experiences.
