Job Description

This is an on-site in Seattle.

Pay Range: $87/hr - $97/hr

Our client is a leader in the technology space who is looking to grow their XR technology team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop immersive experiences, from visual design through software implementation, for prototype AR/VR hardware
• Collaborate with researchers across teams and with differing academic backgrounds
• Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Prototyping experience
• 2+ years experience shipping 3D software products/projects with Unity, including working with Unity with C# 3D assets and tools
• Portfolio featuring examples of work throughout the prototyping process, including concept art, asset creation, interaction design, and completed experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing VR and/or AR projects
• Experience with implementing user studies
• Experience with hardware rapid prototyping, including mechanical design and fabrication (e.g., CAD, 3D printing), and electronics (raspberry pi, Arduino)
• Geometry and math related to AR/VR (e.g., matrix algebra, projection operators)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $87/hr - $97/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
