Essential Functions

This position will assist the Special Markets division of Peter Millar in all daily tasks. This includes but is not limited to:

• Creation of Special Markets PDF (example attached) approximately 300 logos to be created
• Creation of VR Link lists, allowing CSR and field representatives to order special markets within correct licensing parameters
• Creation of Unique Special Markets UPC – large customers require individual UPC per logo which we do not have as product is originally unembroidered. UPC need to be printed to be applied during embroidery for these customers.
• Creation of Corporate PDF and selling tools, required to procure internal corporate orders
• Logo clean up VR Link – Activating and inactivating logo in VR Link, people are using wrong logos currently – licensing risk
  

Competencies

• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated
• Possess an outgoing personality
