About The Role

A VR Experience Facilitator is a technical sales professional who combines their technical and sales skills to sell our products. As a VR Experience Facilitator, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through immersive VR experiences, providing training, and ensuring a smooth learning experience. Your role will involve teaching, troubleshooting, and facilitating our various VR applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and understand customer needs and challenges
  • Develop and deliver Virtual Reality presentations and demonstrations to customers that effectively communicate the value of Mass Virtual’ s products
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions with customers to gather the necessary information to design solutions that meet their needs
  • Create and deliver technical proposals and solutions that are tailored to the customer’s specific requirements
  • Provide ongoing technical support to customers throughout the sales process, including post-sale implementation and sustainment
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Project Management, 3D Art, and Software Engineers to ensure that solutions meet customer needs
  • Stay current on industry trends, product developments, and our competitive landscape

What You Need To Succeed

  • 1-2 years of proven Sales and Technical Experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience working within VR/AR/Mixed-Reality is preferred
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred

Working Conditions

  • In-office 100% of the time
  • The person in this position must be able to stay stationary for long periods of time
  • Some travel may be required for this role
  • Some transportation of equipment may be required – up to 50 pounds
