We are on the lookout for a seasoned Business Development Lead with an enduring passion for technology solution sales targeted at large enterprises and federal clientele. In this role, you will navigate the frontlines of business development and play a crucial part in augmenting our gold-tier partnerships with leading tech companies such as Microsoft, Meta, and others.
Your primary focus will be co-selling with our Microsoft and Meta sales teams to large enterprise clients who have already expessed an interest in adopting XR (extended reality) and AI (artiificial intelligence) technology to take their training and on the job support to the next level. To be successful, you need to already have a clear understanding of the enterprise co-sell motion.

Role Overview:
In this dynamic role, you will interact frequently with your colleagues, partners, and clients to foster a thriving co-selling environment. This position requires a unique blend of robust business development acumen, unyielding commitment to superior customer service, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to proficiently manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showcasing our mixed and virtual reality solutions, facilitated through Microsoft HoloLens and Meta Oculus.
- Orchestrating client envisioning sessions to pinpoint ROI opportunities linked to new technology adoption.
- Promoting the use of CraneMorley and partner workshops.
- Steer co-sell collaborations between partner and client teams to optimize business prospects.
- Periodic partner pipeline reviews to monitor progress and highlight potential improvements.
- Ensure prompt responses to all requests and inquiries from stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas to enhance and optimize co-selling processes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of proven success as a sales professional in the enterprise technology sector.
