Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Acquisition/Contract Specialist located in Aberdeen, MD with flexibility for occasional telework work.
Qualifications
- Experience in acquisition program management, preferably in the defense industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with MS Office Suite and project management software
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field
- 14 years experience acquisition management
- DAWIA Lecel III certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Experience with Did 5000, DAMIR system, simplified acquisition management plans preferred
