About The Role

As a Senior .NET/C# Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our software applications. You will lead the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of .NET-based solutions, ensuring quality code, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of projects. Your expertise in C# and the .NET framework will be essential in driving innovation and solving complex technical challenges.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Design and develop scalable, robust, and high-performance software applications using C# and the .NET framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and other developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards and best practices
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other technical issues in applications
  • Integrate third-party API’s and services as needed for seamless functionality
  • Perform code reviews and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and debugging
  • Collaborate with QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage and validate software functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide support for existing applications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET and C# developments, frameworks, tools, and best practices and apply them to improve the development process
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing them with technical insights and best practices
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
What You Need To Succeed
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior .NET/C# Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects showcasing your expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of C# programming language and the .NET framework, including ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity framework
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (ex. Angular, React, Vue.js)
  • Strong proficiency in designing and working with relational databases (ex. SQL Server, MySQL, Azure SQL/SQL Server) and ORM frameworks
  • Strong expertise in developing upstream/downstream APIs
  • Familiarity with version control systems (ex. Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
