This position will be responsible for the end-to-end campaign programming and management an online store, a pivotal role in driving user engagement and content initiatives. The Campaign Manager will work closely with team members to curate, execute, and analyze campaigns, aiming to achieve monetization and engagement goals. This is a full-time position with a highly reputable company in a dynamic industry.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead merchandising campaigns across global markets to achieve monetization and engagement goals.
  • Support business goals through effective site personalization, curation, and execution of marketing and commerce strategies and programs.
  • Collaborate with team leads, product marketing managers, data scientists, and engineers to execute campaign elements.
  • Report, analyze, and iterate campaigns based on results and outcomes.
  • Create and manage aspects of merchandising campaigns, including asset creation, campaign localization, and more.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • 2-3 years of project or program management experience, with a preference for campaign execution experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience designing or working within a content management system (CMS).
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, driving team execution, and tracking deliverables.
  • Proven ability to integrate cross-functional team requirements into campaigns.
  • Self-starter with confidence initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interest in VR content, culture, and the future of digital entertainment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge, experience, or interest in virtual reality (VR) content and technology.
  • Prior experience in digital gaming or streaming content.
  • Strong operational and analytical sense.
  • Familiarity with digital platform trends and content launches.
