ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

As Localization Project Manager with our Content Operations team, you will manage the localization 3rd party games and experiences into multiple languages. You will be responsible for driving/executing workflow processes between our content owners, 3rd party developers and localization vendors, building out release calendars and ensuring titles ship successfully.


THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

  • Formalize the localization process in partnership with the Head of QA and Localization
  • Partner with internal content owners and external vendors to plan and execute a localization plan across multiple titles
  • Drive kick off calls with 3rd party developers and vendor
  • Drive vendor evaluations and make recommendations to stakeholders
  • Build out localization release calendar, ensuring accuracy on target launch dates and providing visibility to stakeholders on progress through outward reporting on a regular cadence


KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Minimum 8 years experience in video game project management or development, with at least 5 of those years focused on managing end to end game localization of text and audio
  • Experience managing localization for AAA console titles
  • Experience working with external localization vendors
  • Ability to conduct vendor evaluations and make recommendations to leadership
  • Experience with various localization tools
  • Experience managing and tracking against annual budget
  • Familiarity with multiple bug tracking databases
  • Understanding of game production life cycle, tools, process and execution planning
  • Extensive multi-tasking and prioritization skills; need to move fast in a quick paced environment and possess the ability to keep calm and collected during times of high pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on building productive and positive relationships with external partners, managers, peers and vendors

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with VR development
