As an AR Training Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in creating cutting-edge Augmented Reality (AR) experiences for product training. Your responsibilities will include designing 3D CAD models, setting up virtual environments, and crafting intuitive user interfaces. Join our dynamic, project-oriented team to revolutionize how users interact with our AR training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom AR experiences.
• Design and create 3D CAD models tailored for AR service training.
• Build immersive virtual environments for diverse AR scenarios.
• Design user interfaces based on CAD drawings and storyboards.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including storyboards, guides, and aids.
• Diagnose, document, and resolve reported bugs to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay at the forefront of AR trends and technological advancements.
• Provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of our training courses.
• Partner with management to standardize global training content delivery.

Requirements:

• Adult Learning and Education, or military training experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Scope AR is a plus.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD modeling.
• In-depth knowledge of AR hardware, software, best practices, and design patterns.
• UI/UX skills and experience are advantageous.
• Utilize content development tools (Storyline 360 and/or Storyline 3) for engaging e-learning.
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong organizational aptitude with a commitment to continuous process improvement.
