Our agency client is looking for either an ACD or Creative Director to join their team in a Full Time capacity beginning in the next couple of weeks.


This role is hybrid flexible with 2 days in the client's office in the historic Third Ward. Their office is equipped with high-end and modern technology like VR/AR equipment, a 3D Printer and an Arcade!

To be considered for this role, the ACD/Creative Director must have:


  • agency experience in storytelling, brand creative and ideally digital/virtual/experience design bringing a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding to the position
  • experience leading and managing creatives to powerful results; experience collaborating successfully as part of a cross-functional leadership team
  • a portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work
  • experience working in Adobe Creative Suite
  • ACD: 7+ years of agency experience
  • CD: 10+ years of agency experience, high level business development strategy


Creative Director Responsibilities:


  • lead the digital and web marketing initiatives for the client
  • manage the development of internal creative leaders (ACDs/ADs)
  • provide leadership in energizing various settings such as brainstorms, creative reviews, client meetings and business sessions
  • experience working with B2B, Financial Services, Automotive, and/or Manufacturing clients
  • collaborate with the Digital Marketing Strategy, Project Management and Web Development teams
