We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join the North America Production team. The Creative Producer will work directly with internal creative and sales teams, external brands, agencies, and vendors to create best-in-class creative for Snapchat. This role will require management and oversight across multiple AR and video advertising campaigns for top tier clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Snapchat, have excellent communication skills in client management, and possess strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the post-sale production process for multiple Sponsored AR Lens and video campaigns and serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors
  • Establish, manage, and clearly communicate timelines as well as a transparent project management process that emphasizes quality and efficiency
  • Manage production budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and client relationships.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of all assigned projects, on time and within budget
  • Communicate production processes and best practices, anticipating potential issues during the production phase and proactively providing smart creative solutions

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Creative or ad agency experience
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficient in Keynote, Google suite, and Adobe suite.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project management or production experience, preferably working at a creative or advertising agency
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience managing a heavy workload
  • Strong communication skills - clear and direct written and verbal

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with advertising clients in a support function
  • Familiarity with augmented reality trends
  • Experience with live action shoots; managing pre-production through post-production
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in potentially stressful situations
  • Experience working in Salesforce and Monday.com

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$115,000 annually.

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$109,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $68,000-$98,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
