About LaunchParty:

We are rapidly building a "Social Metaverse" product aimed for launch in Q1 2024 that has over six unique revenue streams, projected to become a leader in the space, and reach $1M/mo recurring revenue within the first twelve months. 

Our founders consist of Emmy & Telly award winners, innovators in livestreaming technology and ground-breaking interactive content. Over the past 4 months, we’ve been building our proof of concept to ensure success in securing funding to help grow as rapidly as possible. 

About the Position:

We have a team of environmental designers and Unity developers. We need one more Senior Unity Developer to assist with the last leg of work before we go through with the Beta launch.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

Technical requirements:

• 5+ years of full-time experience in Unity.
• Good knowledge of C#.
• Direct experience with Photon preferred.
• Experience with Virtual Reality or 3D development preferred.
• Experience with backend and website development a bonus
• Must own a VR headset

Compensation Structure (Pre-Funding):

Pre-funding:

$85-95/hr as a contractor, paid in-full post-funding

Post-Funding:

Full-time salaried position $140,000 - $180,000
