THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU


In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To


  • Spearhead the development of immersive experiences that set industry standards and push the limits of our client's hardware and software capabilities.
  • Lead end-to-end management of complex programs, overseeing every stage from conceptualization and production to launch and ongoing updates, all while driving post-launch growth.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects by meticulously managing milestones, deliverables, and budgets, making critical decisions to navigate challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, business development, store, marketing, and communications, to deliver world-class experiences that deliver tangible business results for or client and their partners.


KEY SUCCESS FACTORS


To excel in this role, you should possess the following experience and skills:


  • 5+ years of production experience in various fields such as games, media, entertainment, applications, electronics, technology/platform, or early-stage internet/consumer technology companies.
  • Proven project management expertise, including managing milestones, delivering high-quality results, and navigating complex trade-offs.
  • A track record of successful collaboration with external brands, IP holders, developers, and vendors.
  • Strong proficiency in data-driven and qualitative decision-making.
  • Experience in building partnerships across diverse internal cross-functional groups and external developers.
  • A strategic mindset that allows you to balance short-term solutions with long-term visions.


Preferred Qualifications


In addition to the key success factors, the following qualifications would make you an exceptional candidate:


  • Proficiency in VR, MR, AR, Games, or Media Production (one or more of these).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer Science.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Conflict management and resolution capabilities.
  • Experience working collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
