Job Description

You will be exposed to the entire AR Glasses Software Stack. As AR DevInfra team, we support the tools and infra needs of the entire AR Glasses team. This includes starting from firmware teams that are bringing up new hardware in the lab all the way to the teams building AR experiences for the users. The team will have direct impact on the timely shipment and quality of the solutions shipped on AR Glasses.

Engineering Manager, AR/VR Responsibilities:

  • Build effective partnership with XFN teams in AR Glasses
  • Define the team's roadmap
  • Help team members deliver on the roadmap items by instituting processes for execution and tracking

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience managing and growing software engineers.
  • 7+ years of work experience architecting, developing, and launching software products and/or services.
  • Experience in handling priorities and collaborating across an organizational environment.
  • Leadership experience in guiding teams working on 0 to 1 initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HW and SW interaction
  • Experience in Windows, Linux, MAC and/or Android.
  • Experience with software design and programming in C/C++.
