This is a full-time, salaried leadership position and an opportunity to work in the world of gaming and virtual reality. Be ready to level up the organization and VR game developers worldwide!

In this role, we are looking specifically for someone who can take responsibility for our most important large tech partner in account management and the most important projects for our key game development studios. This role will also focus on team training and institute best practices for project management across the company. This is a startup role for a venture capital-backed company with a large potential for growth

This position will be working directly with game developers to work on agency and marketing services, as well as expand into new markets.

Agency and influencer marketing background preferred, but open to candidates from all walks of the games industry or marketing world. General Requirements:

A background and understanding of esports or professional experience in the games or marketing industry.

A demonstrated interest in gaming and an understanding of gamers as a target market.

At least three years of prior experience with marketing, business, development, operations, or agency work.

A heart for team dynamics and leadership potential or experience.

Specific Project Management requirements:

Able to take ownership over a project or initiative from start or mid-flight and see it through to completion.

Quick adaptability using and learning project management tools, especially those that are common in gaming such as Trello or ASANA.

Able to coach and teach project management concepts.

Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

PMP certification is helpful but not required.

Experience in ads, influencer marketing, and data preferred.

We have done a number of esports tournaments globally including high-profile titles like Beat Saber, Space Junkies, and Pistol Whip. We have also worked with Meta to launch some of the largest digital VR events and other work.
