Job Description
What you’ll do:
- You will be working with AR / VR/ XR devices
- Installation of necessary hardware updates, configuring the lens / devices
- Perform login tests and sanity checks
- xAssist solution testing, importing the workflows and testing
- Firmware upgrades
- Pack the device with package materials / labels and ship
- Technical support over phone / email as and when needed
- He / she should have client facing experience.
- Project management experience

Qualifications:
- Any graduate
- Technical and good communication skills
- Exposure to Metaverse, AR / VR/ XR environments
Attention to detail:
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple device configurations
- Ability to document if and when it is needed
