Job Description

Role : Research Moderator (AR/VR or HFX)

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Request for 2 moderators with 2 plus years of experience moderating user studies in a complex SW and HW environment.

Moderators will be expected to have the following abilities:

• Requires skilled training in human factors experience (HFX)
• Understand complex HW and SW interactions using in-house tools.
• Moderate user studies on-site and remotely, if required
• Strong soft skills and clear communication to work with internal recruitment population.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for device set-up
