Virtual Reality Arcade Host

Location: 19520 Nordhoff St, Unit 16, Northridge, CA 91324


We are a cutting-edge virtual reality arcade looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host to join our team.

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:
* Greet guests and provide information about our VR experiences and equipment
* Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of VR equipment
* Assist guests with VR headset and controller set up
* Monitor the gaming area to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
* Resolve customer issues in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in customers service roles
* Passion for virtual reality and technology
* Familiarity with virtual reality technology and comfort with troubleshooting VR and PC equipment.
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Positive attitude and high energy level during long shifts.
