Job Description

We're in search of an adept Senior Gameplay Programmer to augment our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting the next wave of games spanning various platforms—Desktop VR, Mobile VR, and Console VR. With extensive experience in Unity (or analogous 3D engines like Unreal), you're invigorated by the opportunity to construct systems, interactions, and mechanics that exude excellence in a live-service, online multiplayer environment.

Responsibilities:

- Architect, construct, integrate, and uphold substantial segments of our core gaming systems and tools across diverse platforms (Desktop VR, Mobile VR, Console VR).

- Infuse creativity by actively participating in the design phase and piloting new ideas and solutions.

- Support build debugging and deployment procedures across all platforms.

- Contribute to a wide array of features and systems.

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.

- Proven professional track record in game development.

- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).

- Adeptness in rendering, memory management, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with game security or cryptography.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication aptitude.

- Profound understanding of networking and multiplayer concepts.

- Expertise in C#.

- Proficiency in Unity, Unreal, or a corresponding game engine.

- Comfort in dynamic, fast-paced development environments.

- Unceasing thirst for learning, enhancement, and collaborative growth.

- Capacity for remote onboarding and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to live services and agile deployment.

- Familiarity with contemporary gaming consoles and/or mobile game development.

- Inclination for and experience in design principles.

- Background in virtual reality design, preferably within a shipped title.

- Familiarity with 3D software such as Maya or 3DSMax.

- Proficiency in multiplayer networking.

- Ability to troubleshoot intricate technical design and development challenges spanning multiple disciplines.
