Vaco has partnered with one of our top clients to hire a Senior AR Portal Collections Specialist. The role involves managing a portfolio of Customer Portal accounts, contacting customers via phone or email to obtain payment status for past due invoices, and promptly responding to internal and external customer requests.

The job also includes reconciling customer accounts, creating and sending customer statements and invoice copies, and collaborating with various internal teams such as Cash Applications, Collections, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams. Apply today!
