THE ROLE

Our client is looking to appoint a Consultant to run a 3 month project to advise, design and recommend the best ways of developing a state of the art Virtual Studio set up for the organisation.

You will work collaboratively with both the internal design, technical, and production teams but also external creatives to plan, manage, and get to the point of sign off ready for execution.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead end-to-end project management of virtual studio initiatives, from conception to the point of execution.
• Collaborate closely with design and technical teams to translate creative concepts into proposed functional virtual environments.
• Make recommendations on the development of 3D models, textures, lighting setups, camera placements, and real-time interactions.
• Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Serve as a consultant, providing insights and recommendations on the latest virtual studio trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure seamless communication between cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality results.
• Make recommendations of market leading suppliers, designers, creatives.

• The role can be based anywhere in the US noting that occasional visits to the office in New York maybe necessary
