Job Description:

We're seeking a Part Time enthusiastic and creative Junior 360 VR Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Video Editor, you will play a vital role in crafting captivating and immersive experiences that redefine how individuals interact with venues and events.

Responsibilities:

• Stitch, Edit and Color grade 360-degree virtual reality footage to create immersive and engaging video content.
• Collaborate closely with in-house producers and creative teams to execute seamless video productions.
• Stay updated on the latest VR editing technologies, trends, and techniques to ensure innovative content creation.
• Maintain a well-organized library of raw footage and project files.
• Effectively communicate with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
• Contribute your creative insights to enhance the overall quality of the content.

Job Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for video editing and a strong interest in the potential of VR technology.
• A willingness to learn and develop skills in the field of 360 VR video editing.
• Basic understanding of video editing software and techniques, specifically Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve, with a desire to expand technical proficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with the Production team.
• An eye for detail and aesthetics, enabling you to create visually captivating VR experiences.

Position Requirements:

• Personal editing equipment is not required for application.
• A strong willingness to learn and become proficient in using VR video editing tools.
• No prior experience in 360 VR video editing is mandatory, but a foundational knowledge of video editing basics is a must.
• A brief training period will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills.

Job Type & Location:

This is an on site in our NYC office, entry-level part-time position, with the potential for expansion to a full-time position.
