About The Role

Mass Virtual is looking for a “hands-on” Artificial Intelligence Engineer who is passionate about creating next-generation XR based training solutions. This role requires combined expertise in software development, programming, and data engineering. This person will be creating, developing, and testing machine learning models.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Directly collaborating with the front and back end
• Training new and retraining existing AI networks
• Conducting research and development of new AI models
• Concept creation and quality assurance of the entire AI system
  

What You Need To Succeed

• 3+ years of experience as an AI or Machine learning Engineer
• Creating and managing the AI development process and overall infrastructure
• Solid knowledge and experience working with a variety of programming languages on both client and server side, software development processes and Agile methodologies
• Able to comprehend and handle large data sets (familiarity with Apache Spark, MongoDB, etc.)
• Able to comprehend, handle, and implement deep learning algorithms
• Strong adherence to security and performance best practices
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
  

Great To Have

• Professional experience developing with real time virtual technologies (specifically AR and/or VR products)
• Background in training applications, design development, and/or learning management systems
