About The Role

Mass Virtual is searching for a dedicated Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible to design job descriptions, sourcing candidates through internal and external databases and social media, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to conduct successful interviews in-person and virtually.

What you’ll be doing:?
  • Assisting with full lifecycle talent acquisition efforts
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to create job descriptions for openings
  • Utilizing our Applicant Tracking Software to source, manage, and communicate with candidates
  • Conduct first-round resume review and phone screenings to fill openings
  • Coordinates the interview process with candidates while providing great customer service to candidates and ensuring responses are received in a timely fashion
  • Schedules interviews and support hiring managers through the interview to hire process
  • Coordinates and attends career fairs and other community engagement activities to promote Mass Virtual and our open positions. May involve some travel.
  • Obtain, monitor, and interpret talent acquisition data and metrics to drive improvement opportunities and success
  • Support the Human Resources Team with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
What You Need To Succeed
  • 2+ years of Technical Recruiting Experience
  • Proven ability to manage 20+ requisitions at any given time
  • Experience conducting interviews
  • Ability to gather, interpret, and present metrics and talent acquisition data
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • Eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
Great To Have
  • Education, Degree, or Certification in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition field of study
  • Experience with ADP, HiBob, and/or ClearCompany software
