POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· Develop and support engaging real-time 3D interactive applications
· Take responsibility for interpreting and implementing design, UI/UX, and customer requirements
· Contribute ideas and improvements to project designs, pipelines, and tools
· Commit to delivering high-quality, polished, and reliable Unreal Engine 4-based applications
· Provide ongoing support and documentation of Inhance-based software products and services
· Inspire colleagues to continuously generate forward-thinking ideas and actively contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence
· Help build on our creative legacy and award-winning work
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
· C.S. degree or 4+ years of equivalent professional Unreal Engine 4 development experience
· Great understanding of the Unreal Engine SDK including C++ and Blueprints, multiplayer, UI, AI, animation, optimization
· Professional experience taking storyboards, wireframes, and concept art all the way to highly-polished interactive experiences
· Must have excellent communication skills (written, oral, internal, and client-facing)
· Proven ability to plan and execute responsibilities with minimal direction
Also a plus: Experience with Unity 3D, web front-end and JavaScript, knowledge of iOS or Android, video game development experience, interactive agency experience, development experience with 3D and other frameworks, interest in developing AR and VR apps.
