The Role:
You will establish and maintain long-term relationships with client executives, champions, and stakeholders, ensuring that activities are closely aligned with business strategy and intended success metrics. Additionally, you will develop a deep understanding of customers’ business objectives and be able to identify and articulate how our solution supports the achievement of those goals driving increased utilization and VR launch performance throughout the customer life. You are responsible for understanding the ‘health’ of our customers, ensuring they mature and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create, analyze and deliver strategic deployment guidance illustrating Osso’s value (e.g. training objectives and ROI), guiding partner’s experience and linking results to the partner’s key business objectives
- Working with Account Management and Client Services on implementation of VR into customer operations, ongoing support, and business reviews
- Be a consistent presence growing license utilization by building strong customer relationships with leaders and users by sharing your deep product knowledge about optimizing the use and adoption of our products and tools- working with partners on planning, training, best practices, and execution where needed.
- In partnership with account managers, own the overall relationship with assigned clients in a blended portfolio of customers, focusing on growing adoption and ensuring retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
- Assist Sales team in pre-sales activities such as Business Value Assessment preparation, licensing recommendations, and product demos
- Representing the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap and share success outcomes and stories for up-sell or at-risk renewals
- Providing as-needed support for customers’ education activities, major events, and conferences
- Collecting customer engagement and product feedback for the Product Team to ensure Osso is providing as much value as possible and driving greater adoption and engagement
What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
Must have:
- 3+ years Medical Device Manufacturer or Pharmaceutical experience in product management / sales training / medical education, or
- 4+ years in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Implementation Specialist, or similar role
- Experience building and maintaining relationships while driving engagement and remaining alert to growth opportunities

- Have experience implementing complex systems into customers’ operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, empathetic approach, and an authentic desire to provide extraordinary experience to achieve customer’s business objectives
- Are comfortable multi-tasking, and working with multiple customers at a time
- Are comfortable with viewing graphic medical and surgical content as needed
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have the ability to develop structure in ambiguous situations and design processes where needed
- Are self-motivated, responsible, and reliable
- Are comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Are comfortable working remotely
- Are willing to travel 10-30% of the time
Compensation
Our compensation package includes a base salary of $95,000-$121,125 as well as an incentive bonus and equity options.
