Responsibilities:

🌟 Master of Graphics Sorcery: Develop and maintain our SIMbox Graphics Engine, transforming ordinary training content into extraordinary visual experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating jaw-dropping simulations that leave users spellbound.

🌟 XR Connoisseur: Expand our Graphics Engine's capabilities by adding support for the latest Mixed Reality (MR) devices and frameworks. Embrace the challenge of integrating and optimizing MR features, making our simulations even more immersive and mind-bending.

🌟 Enchanted Innovator: Wave your magic wand and conjure up new features to take our Graphics Engine to the next level. From optimized performance to awe-inspiring visual effects, your creative flair will shape the future of simulation technology.

🌟 Knowledge Wizard: Share your wisdom with others by teaching them how to leverage the power of our Software Development Kit (SDK) and Application Programming Interface (API). Your guidance will empower fellow developers to create their own pixel-perfect wonders.

Qualifications:

🔮 Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. We value knowledge and skills, no potions required.

🔮 C++ Conjurer: Fluent in the dark arts of C++ development, with a proven track record of coding wizardry in the Windows environment. You'll be brewing spells in the cauldron of Microsoft Development Platform.

🔮 Graphics Alchemist: Experienced in implementing, debugging, and optimizing Graphics Engines. Your ability to turn graphical challenges into triumphs will set you apart.

🔮 XR Magician: Proficient in MR integration and optimization, with a flair for MR frameworks like SteamVR and OpenXR. Bring the power of mixed reality to our simulations and watch the world transform.

🔮 Team Sorcerer: Capable of managing a small team, you'll lead your fellow enchanters to success. Your leadership skills will help unlock their full potential.

🔮 Spellbound Developer: Strong understanding of software development processes, including object-oriented development. Experience with SCRUM or Kanban methodology will be your secret spellbook.
