Storm3 has partnered up with a HealthTech startup where they have an innovative platform centered around mental health that utilizes virtual and augmented reality to provide a digital psychedelic wellness experience. We are looking for a well-versed XR Developer looking to join a growing team and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of designing and overseeing the creation of innovative functionalities for our VR, AR, and MR products.
• Strategize and execute the adaptation of our offerings to additional platforms and hardware through careful planning and implementation.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure high standards of code quality and deliver an exceptional user experience to our customers.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in VR, AR, MR, and associated technologies to remain well-informed and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in game and app development using Unity3D.
• Track record of successfully porting games and 3D interactive products to various platforms and consoles.
• Experience in developing virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR) platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the development of VR/AR games and applications.
• Preference is given to candidates with at least one AAA game release or equivalent professional industry experience.
• Proficient understanding of 3D geometry and linear algebra.
• Familiarity with console development, such as Xbox and PlayStation.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing real-time networked features, specifically synchronous multiplayer games.
• Experience working with machine learning (ML) and computer vision (CV) technologies.
• Enthusiasm and experience in developing innovative features using prototype devices and leveraging new hardware capabilities.
• Prior experience supporting live services with regular content updates.
• Proven track record of collaborative work within a multi-functional team environment.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills in English, both in text and video chat.
