About this Role
Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill (2) remote Sales Productivity Specialist positions with a Fortune 15 Technology company based in the greater Seattle area. These Sales Productivity Specialists will be responsible for engaging partners to understand customer pipelines, to help grow their business (including operational support), and to assure delivery on sales targets. These Sales Productivity Specialists will drive deliverables with business partners and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs. Sales Specialists with prior experience selling Mixed Reality / VR products are encouraged to apply.
In this role will, you will:
- Act as the primary interface between the enterprise sales team and the distributor across the region in support of customer deals.
- Drive/track monthly Channel Forecast, KPIs, scorecard, accountability—work closely with the sales lead and sales team to track performance and KPIs.
- Own/manage issues, communications, questions, regarding the product(s) with reseller channel as they relate to deals, incentives, reporting etc.
- Support sales team and sales partners throughout the United States, Canada and Latin America.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; sales acumen
- Experience tracking and reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Passion for technology sales
- Previous experience selling Mixed Reality or Virtual Reality products preferred
